In fiber optic and electrical network installations, reliable insulation, waterproofing, and sealing are critical to ensuring long-term system stability—especially in harsh indoor and outdoor environments. As a global leader in high-performance fiber optic and electrical components, Chengdu Focus Infra Materials offers premium low pressure cold shrink tubes, engineered to simplify on-site installation while delivering superior protection for wire connections, terminal blocks, and cable joints. Backed by 10000+ patents and 3 million sets of production equipment, our low pressure cold shrink tubes are designed to meet the rigorous demands of telecom operators, system integrators, and electrical engineers worldwide.

A low pressure cold shrink tube is a specialized, open-tubular rubber bushing that is factory-expanded and pre-assembled onto a removable core. Unlike heat shrink tubes that require external heat sources for installation, our cold shrink tubes are supplied in a pre-stretched state, enabling quick and hassle-free field installation—no additional tools or heat equipment needed. This user-friendly design not only reduces on-site labor costs but also minimizes installation errors, making it ideal for large-scale telecom, electrical, and fiber optic projects.

The installation process is straightforward: after positioning the pre-stretched cold shrink tube over the wire connection, terminal block, or cable joint, simply remove the removable core. Once the core is extracted, the tube naturally shrinks back to its original size, forming a tight, seamless waterproof seal and reliable insulation barrier. This ensures optimal protection against moisture, dust, corrosion, and mechanical damage, safeguarding critical connections in even the harshest operating conditions.

At Chengdu Focus Infra Materials, our low pressure cold shrink tubes are crafted from high-quality EPDM rubber—an environmentally friendly material that contains no chloride or sulfur. This non-toxic, corrosion-resistant rubber offers excellent flexibility, weather resistance, and electrical insulation performance, making it suitable for long-term use in diverse environments (operating temperature: -40℃~+85℃). Our cold shrink tubes are available in various diameter sizes, specifically designed to cover a wide range of 1000-volt cables, as well as both copper and aluminum conductors, ensuring universal compatibility for electrical and fiber optic applications.
